Gil set up her business in October 2003 to provide world-class marketing, copywriting and PR expertise for small to medium-sized businesses and start-ups in the Herts, Beds and Bucks area. In 2004, after three years of studying, she passed the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Post-Graduate Diploma and in 2005 her business was a finalist for the Hertfordshire New Business of the Year Award. Over the Mooon Marketing was listed on the National Business Link Consultants Register in 2005 and in 2006 Gil became a Fellow of the CIM. She is an active member of the Institute of Directors and the Chamber of Commerce, networking extensively for the benefit of her clients.

Gil’s previous experience includes six years working for a global management consultancy within the European marketing team; three years for the UK’s most prestigious PR consultancy; a year organising giftware exhibitions in London and Paris, and prior to that, three years for a Fleet Street publisher.

Gil has lived in Switzerland and Australia and is passionate about travel. She loves: her partner Phil, friends & family, chocolate, literature, good food and wine, badminton, antiques, Pilates, and planting stuff in the garden.
